Micah's first karate class today
I am troubled by tonight's exchange with my young padawan
Me: "Micah, did you like it?"
MAA: "Yes"
Me: "Do you want to go back?"
MAA: "Yes"
Me: "Did they teach you to be respectful and not to use it to beat up your sisters."
MAA: "...no"

Don't know how far you two have ventured into LOST, but there's a wee conversation between two characters in season 5 where one guy is encouraging another guy to get to know his father (don't ask how if you aren't that far along - that's complicated). He adds that even Luke Skywalker made up with his dad even though they off to a bad start with Vader cutting off his hand... The dark side in this instance is merely "the shadow of the valley of death" maybe???
