We've spent a wonderful few months of staying close to home, largely because of waning trust in our new van.
Assured by the mechanics that the van is running fine (although the maintenance required light continues to turn on for inexplicable reasons whenever it is reset), we trekked to Karlsruhe yesterday.
We wandered around the palace grounds and took the kids to the media museum. Fortunately, the media museum is *much* cooler than it sounds.

Great pictures. Gigantic TREE!!!
Andy - I'm happy to see that we're not the only family whose children plug their ears when near a parent.
These kids are getting so big.
From a worm's eye view - up there in the tree is Tess with the long, long legs.
And Micah with his slightly long coat looks like a dignitary thinking and strolling along the sidewalk.
